The original podcast dedicated to Doctor Who - the longest science-fiction show in television history. Although the podcast is currently not going, we'll still travel through time to the earliest show up to the adventures of the new 12th Doctor the old fashioned way - through prose!

Please be patient, Whocast #13 coming tonight
Sorry for the delay. You now how life gets in the way of things.
Whocast#13 will be coming out tonight reviewing the final episode of this first series, "The Parting of Ways"

Your wife has gone overseas for a year, and you are working and, temporarily, a single dad. I can't imagine what's getting in the way of your podcasts... ;-)
My youngest is almost 17, and I don't think I could do as well as you seem to be doing, Tom! I'd be lost already! (After being married 25 years though, I can't do anything by myself anymore!)
Take your time, we're still here. We can always listen to a Daily Source Code if we have to... (I'm not the only one who downloads a few more podcasts than I can possibly listen to, am I?)
Yeah, Tom, I think the best news about the season being over for now is that you can take a bit of a break.
Have you had any luck figuring out how to capture audio from iChat? What about Audio Hijack? Maybe that would work. I think an audio conference every once in a while would make a neat addition to your Podcasts. I like it when you can record the conversations you and Erik have over on The Comic Geeks. Well, now there's time to figure it out - since the next new episode is at Christmastime!
That being said, I do look forward to this next Whocast, because I have had a lot of opinions pent up since this weekend! : )
Hey Brad, quite by accident, I found out that Sound Studio, which came with my iBook, will record everything that's going on if the record is set to built in microphone. So I'm guessing a program like Audacity or Audio Hijack would work the same?
On another note, I had to laugh, I loaned my oldest son the first 11 chapters of Dr. Who last week. He just showed up after pretty much marathoning it, saying, "I hope you're done with 12 and 13!" I haven't had a chance to find out which shows he liked best, but I'll have to ask his thoughts when I next get the chance. Maybe on the way to the comics shop tomorrow.

We can use iChat, Audacity, or Skype to conference call. I would like to try to do this once a month and make a podcast out of it.
